A 31-year-old man was killed when a truck overturned during Yom Kippur in the Bueine-Nujeidat Regional Council in the Lower Galilee, and a 45-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident near Anatot. Magen David Adom reported that 46 other people were injured, including a 50-year-old man listed in critical condition; a 37-year-old woman seriously injured; three others moderately injured and 39 listed in mild condition. In addition, MDA teams treated 3,322 people across the country during Yom Kippur, of whom 2,268 were evacuated for further treatment at hospitals. Of those, 368 fainted, became dehydrated or felt unwell due to fasting.
