Debris from two drones that were part of a Rafael test were found on a beach in Kiryat Haim and collected by police officers and a bomb disposal expert. Shlomi Sirioti, a 65-year-old man, was the one who located them and alerted the police. According to him, "At first the police dismissed it and said 'it's broken, no need to come.' I called again. The third time I called and explained that a bomb disposal expert was needed, that people shouldn't touch it. The lifeguards closed the beach. Two female officers arrived, and then an officer with a bomb disposal expert arrived and they handled it."
