The Medical Corps in the Technology and Logistics Division has launched the Online Health Center, which incorporates artificial intelligence tools as part of measures taken to improve medical care for IDF personnel. One of the innovations is the urgent medicine bot in the Medical Corps' Meditech application, which will operate 24/7 and has been upgraded to refer users to unit doctors, to Bikurofe (emergency clinic) - and even issue sick leaves. Additionally, service members will be able to schedule appointments, renew prescriptions, receive remote medical consultations and access various medical services. As part of the upgrade, a WhatsApp chat with corps information was also inaugurated.
