Police are requesting the public's help in the search for Karim Abd al-Qadir, a 16-year-old at-risk youth from Acre, who has been missing since July 20. He left an educational institution where he was staying in Ibillin in the Lower Galilee without a mobile phone and contact with him has been lost since. He is of thin build, has black hair, dark skin and was wearing a black shirt and black pants.
