Dozens of Palestinians threw stones at an armed Israeli citizen who was performing construction work near the Carmel settlement in the Hebron Hills. The citizen responded by firing at them, and two Palestinians were critically and seriously wounded. IDF and police forces were dispatched to the scene upon receiving the report. Currently, the incident has ended and is under investigation.
