Police announced road closures in southern Israel in preparation for expected weather conditions. According to the announcement, Route 90 was closed from Nahal David to the Dead Sea hotels (passage will be allowed only for Ein Gedi residents). In addition, Route 204 was closed to traffic in both directions around kilometer 148. The public is asked to avoid non-essential travel to the blocked areas, to check updates before setting out and to follow police instructions.
