Minutes after the release of the video showing the kidnapping of captured soldier Nimrod Cohen, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced that he met with U.S. Congresswoman Joni Ernst at his office in Jerusalem. According to his office, Netanyahu stated during the meeting that the Cabinet's decision was "unequivocal," and that Israel "will act with determination and strength to return all our hostages and defeat Hamas. These missions are interlinked."
