A Border Police officer was questioned under caution by the Police Internal Investigations Department and released after being involved yesterday in a shooting during a pursuit of quad bike rider Mahdi Salama from Ar'ara. He has been removed from police stations for five days and his level of involvement in the incident is being examined. Yesterday the police reported that the quad bike rider "fled from officers while driving recklessly and endangering road users."
