French President Emmanuel Macron addressed the conflict with Iran, stating that the American strikes on the nuclear facility in Fordow had a "real impact." Regarding the possibility of negotiations with Tehran, he told journalists in Brussels that "the worst-case scenario is that Iran abandons the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty." According to him, this would be a "collective weakening," and to preserve the treaty he will hold talks "in the coming days" with the five permanent members of the UN Security Council.
