Golan: Potential for partnership with those who recognize Israel as democratic and home of the Jewish people

|
Democratic Party leader Yair Golan said at Ynet and Yedioth Ahronoth's 'People of the State' conference that 'the most important thing ahead of the elections is not to allow Netanyahu to form a government. They are responsible for the greatest disaster in the history of the State of Israel and are preventing the establishment of a state commission of inquiry.' He addressed his partners in the change bloc's opposition to forming a government with Arab parties: 'In my view, anyone who accepts the principle that Israel is the home of the Jewish people and a free democratic state is a potential partner.' He added: 'We will not sit with those who evade military service.'
