Alaa Mahamid, the suspect who was shot by a Border Police officer in Umm al-Fahm, has been pronounced dead. According to the suspicion, Mahamid fled from police in his vehicle, and during the chase a traffic accident occurred. When police attempted to stop him, he attacked a Border Police officer, who fired at him in response.
