Ra'am Chairman Mansour Abbas told President Isaac Herzog during the consultation round for assigning the mandate to form a government that "the vision is reconciliation and peace. Two states will be established here and Hamas and the armed organizations must disarm." He added: "We want a peace-seeking Palestinian state, but we must also present recognition of the other side's rights."
