The Military Defense announced that with the agreement of all parties, the Special Military Court has ordered a gag order on the name and identifying details of the Military Court President who is under investigation for suspected sex offenses. "This follows standard procedure in similar cases, considering established legal precedents and the current stage of investigation," the statement said. It was further noted that "the judge has voluntarily taken leave until the matter is resolved and is fully cooperating with the investigation."
