An Israeli security source revealed the outlines of Operation "Like a Lion" that took place in Iran – which involved an extraordinary combined operation by the IDF, Mossad and Israeli defense industries. The operation, as reported, was based on years of meticulous planning, intelligence gathering and early deployment of covert capabilities deep within Iran. It was also revealed that long before the attack, a base for explosive drones was established through Mossad agents near the capital Tehran. The drones were activated during the night and launched toward ground-to-ground missile launchers at the Espajabad base – one of the central sites directly threatening Israel.
