Defense Minister Israel Katz held a situation assessment at the Kirya military headquarters and addressed the strike on the bridge over the Litani River. According to him, "This is just the beginning. The Lebanese government, which has misled and failed to fulfill its commitment to disarm Hezbollah, will pay increasing prices through strikes on Lebanese national infrastructure used by Hezbollah terrorists and through loss of territory, until it fulfills the core commitment of disarming Hezbollah."
