Police and Shin Bet arrested a 23-year-old Israeli citizen who worked at a Dead Sea hotel and is suspected of conducting collection missions at the hotel under the direction of Iranian entities. This was stated in a joint statement by the two organizations. It was also reported that the investigation revealed that the citizen had been in contact with Iranian intelligence officials for some time and carried out security missions for them, including collecting information and taking photographs of the hotel where he works and its surroundings.
