Several roads in the southern region were closed due to weather conditions. Among others, Route 90 was closed from the Hotels Circle to Neve Zohar in both directions, Route 234 at Tze'elim Bridge, Route 90 from Kalya Junction to Einot Tzukim in both directions and Route 40 from Mitzpe Ramon to Tzihor Junction.
