Against the backdrop of Shas MK Yonatan Mishraqi's return to the position of chair of the Knesset Health Committee, party leader Arye Deri clarified in closed-door talks that his party will not return to the government until the draft law is finalized. The party said that "Shas will not return to the government until the draft law passes second and third readings in the Knesset plenum. We will not settle for approval of the law in the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee."
