Kiryat Shmona housing plan published, to include approximately 2,550 new residential units

The 'Southern Gate' plan in Kiryat Shmona, promoted by the Israel Land Authority and the municipality, has been published for deposit with the Committee for Preferred Housing Zones (VATMAL). The plan will span approximately 1,800 dunams and is expected to include approximately 2,550 residential units, a train station, a transportation hub, office spaces and more.
