A three-year-old girl was stabbed to death in the Sur Baher neighborhood of East Jerusalem. The police reported that the girl's father, a man in his 30s, tried to flee the scene and was arrested by Border Police officers. The girl's parents are divorced, and she was staying at her father's home as part of a visitation agreement. The father's family members were the ones who called the police.
