Court asks police to evaluate house arrest for Tel Aviv beach assault suspect

Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court Judge Benjamin Hirschel Doron has requested police to provide an assessment regarding the potential release of David Elimelech (39) to house arrest with electronic monitoring. Elimelech is charged with attempted rape, indecent assault and sexual assault of a woman in her 30s at Hilton Beach in Tel Aviv.
