Iran has completed its latest draft of an agreement with the U.S. and submitted it to Qatari mediators to pass on to Washington, according to American and regional sources involved in the negotiations who spoke to The New York Post. "The text of the agreement was completed and finalized on Wednesday evening," said a regional source close to the Iranian leadership. "Doha is in contact with Iran and the U.S. to advance the agreement. If final approval is given, the implementation process of the understandings will get underway." An American source involved in the Qatari mediation also confirmed that "a draft agreement has indeed been submitted. Details of the arrangement were not immediately available."
