Defense Minister Israel Katz extended condolences to the families of Judy Weinstein and Gadi Haggai, whose bodies were recovered from the Gaza Strip, and praised the IDF and Shin Bet for "the bold and precise operation." He added that "the State of Israel has a moral and national obligation to return all our brothers and sisters, both living and deceased, and we will continue to act resolutely until the mission is completed."
