The Rishon Lezion Magistrate's Court accepted the petition from investigators in the Histadrut corruption case and decided to remove Histadrut chairman Arnon Bar David from his position for 90 days, effective from the day his house arrest ended last week. His defense attorney, Micha Fetman, said: "We intend to appeal this decision."
