Twelve people were wounded in a shooting during the Old West End Festival in Toledo, Ohio, two of them in serious condition. The local police reported this, launching an investigation and searches for the suspects in the shooting. The police also stated that "it appears at least two people fired weapons, and they likely fired at each other."
