The United States and Ukraine have signed a minerals agreement that will give Washington preferential access to new projects related to investment and development of natural resources in Ukraine, according to a Bloomberg report. The report also states that the agreement will give the U.S. access to the natural resources themselves, including aluminum, graphite, oil and natural gas.
