Australian actor Julian McMahon died at his home in Clearwater, Florida, at the age of 56 after battling cancer, according to a statement from his wife, Kelly McMahon, to Deadline. McMahon, who had not publicly disclosed his battle with the disease, was known for his roles in American series such as "Nip/Tuck," "Charmed," and for playing the supervillain "Dr. Doom" in Marvel's "Fantastic Four" films in the early 2000s. He recently returned to television in the police drama "FBI: Most Wanted" until his departure in March 2022.
