U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio spoke with Lebanese President Joseph Aoun regarding the seizure of hundreds of kilograms of explosives that belonged to Hezbollah. This was reported by a State Department official to the Reuters news agency. According to the official, Rubio called on Aoun to bring to justice those responsible for the shipment – those who ordered it, financed it and directed it – and also 'emphasized that the return of the explosives to (Hezbollah) is unacceptable.'
