A 1-year-old toddler drowned in a swimming pool in Herzliya. Magen David Adom paramedics are providing him with medical treatment and evacuating him to Meir Hospital in Kfar Saba in critical condition. MDA paramedics Idan Shina, Said Matar and Mohammed Matar reported: 'We saw the toddler lying on the edge of the pool with altered consciousness after being pulled from the water. We provided him with life-saving medical treatment and evacuated him to the hospital.'
