The Likud party announced a new protected candidate - Talik Guaili, mother of Staff Sergeant Rani Guaili, a YASAM fighter who was killed on October 7 and abducted to the Gaza Strip. The party's statement read: "Throughout the journey, Talik and the Guaili family have demonstrated extraordinary strength, deep faith and unwavering determination even in the most difficult moments. Talik has entered deeply into the hearts of Israelis and many people around the world. Talik, a torch lighter, is a symbol of strength, devotion and commitment to the State of Israel."
