IDF: Israelis threw stones at Palestinians in West Bank, one hit teen with his vehicle

According to an IDF spokesperson, as a result of the stone-throwing, a Palestinian vehicle reportedly lost control and struck an Israeli. According to Magen David Adom, the victim was a 17-year-old boy who sustained moderate injuries and was evacuated to Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikva. Police detained the driver of the vehicle at the scene and launched an investigation into the circumstances of the incident. The IDF emphasized: 'This was not a terror attack.'
