Cambodia called for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire with Thailand during an emergency discussion at the UN Security Council, amid the escalation and exchange of fire between the two countries in recent days. "We are calling for an immediate and unconditional ceasefire, and a solution to the conflict," said Cambodia's ambassador to the UN, Chea Kao.
