Fire and Rescue Services announced a leak of hazardous material at the Ramat Negev thermo-solar power station in Ashalim, in the Ramat Negev Regional Council. Citizens were instructed to shelter in their homes, close windows and doors, and avoid unnecessary outdoor activity until the incident concludes. "Firefighters are operating at the scene in cooperation with environmental and relevant emergency agencies to contain the leak and neutralize the risk," the statement said.
