Defense Ministry Crossings Authority personnel arrested 68 Palestinians, illegal residents, who attempted to infiltrate central Israel through the Shomron Crossing while hiding in the compactor of a garbage truck. The truck driver, a resident of Kafr Qasim in his 30s, was also arrested and was found to have no driver's license for this type of vehicle. It was further reported that 'the illegal residents were removed from the compactor and transferred for questioning at the police station.'
