He addressed the incoming Jerusalem District Commander Avshalom Peled: "You will be required for these tasks of sovereignty and governance in so many places. We need to correct the discrimination that has been entrenched for years against Jews specifically on the Temple Mount. Jews have been discriminated against there for years; during our watch, we have begun to make significant corrections."
