Einav Tsengauker placed a Shabbat table on one of the lanes of the Ayalon Highway southbound and set it with a can of preserves and signs featuring a photo of her son Matan with the caption "Never again is now." Tsengauker stated, "I cannot bear the thought that we will face more Sabbaths with our children held hostage in Hamas tunnels. We were close to a deal that would save the hostages and now we are approaching an occupation of Gaza that will kill the hostages. How did cabinet members vote yesterday to lose the value of saving lives, to lose morality, humanity and mutual responsibility."
