Lod Magistrate Court Judge Menachem Mizrahi decided to extend until Sunday the conditions imposed on Prime Minister's Chief of Staff Tzachi Braverman, in order to give the police time to inform him when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu himself will testify in the case. In his decision, the judge wrote: "It is understood that the date is critical for my response." Lahav 433 representative Gil Rachlin argued at the opening of his remarks that "the evidence and suspicion of obstruction have strengthened." After Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara authorized the police yesterday to summon Netanyahu, it was revealed in the hearing that the request was submitted on February 11. A date for his testimony has not yet been set.
