In the interview, he addressed reports about shipments of chemical precursors for missile fuel from China to Iran, intended to enable the restoration of the missile array. According to him, "After we succeeded in substantially damaging the program, our responsibility now is to ensure that negative actors, primarily China, do not help Iran rebuild it."
