Serbian police reported that an Israeli embassy security guard in Belgrade was stabbed outside the embassy. He was lightly wounded and eliminated the assailant. Serbian authorities defined the incident as a terror attack, and Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dacic updated that the level of alert across the country has been raised to maximum. The interior minister added that the assailant, apparently a minor, shouted 'Allahu Akbar' before attacking the security guard while armed with two knives. He added that local security agencies had been monitoring the assailant, who expressed support for the ISIS terror organization on his Instagram account.
