The Herzliya Municipality announced it will not open the education system until Sunday, despite the Education Ministry's announcement. "The decision was made following a joint discussion held by Mayor Yariv Fisher with the forum of city mayors of the emergency cities cluster," it was reported. Mayor Fisher said: "The safety and well-being of the city's children stand above all considerations. We will not return the children to educational frameworks until we know with certainty that they are safe."
