Poland's Interior Ministry announced that authorities have arrested a 19-year-old on suspicion of planning a terrorist attack. The suspect, along with two others previously arrested, collected combustible materials and were influenced by mass murder cases such as Norwegian Anders Breivik, who killed 77 people in a killing spree in his country in 2011. 69 of his victims were teenagers who were attending a Norwegian Labour Party youth conference on the resort island of Utoya. Breivik shot them dead after detonating a car bomb in Oslo, killing eight people.
