|
Dozens of residents from northern Israel are protesting at the Nahalal Junction, Yifat Junction and Mizra against the plan to establish an airfield at Ramat David in the Jezreel Valley, which is scheduled to be voted on by the government today. Jezreel Valley Regional Council head Shlomit Shichor Reichman said that 'establishing an international airfield in the heart of the rural area will harm Israel's food security, agriculture, the environment and the public health of us all.'
