Staff Sgt. Alon Davidov, 21, from Kiryat Yam, a combat medic in the 605 Combat Engineering Battalion of the 'Barak' Brigade (188), is the seventh soldier killed in the APC disaster in Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip. This was cleared for publication by the IDF spokesperson. Alongside Davidov, those who fell in battle include Lt. Matan Shai Yeshinovsky, 21, from Kfar Yona; Staff Sgt. Ronel Ben-Moshe, 20, from Rehovot; Staff Sgt. Niv Radia, 20, from Alichin; Sgt. Ronen Shapiro, 19, from Mazkeret Batya; Sgt. Shahar Manoah, 21, from Ashkelon; and Sgt. Maayan Baruch Perlstein, 20, from Asschar.
