IDF releases new image of Hamas military wing leader: 'Dramatic change in appearance'

|
IDF Arabic spokesperson, Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee, revealed a new photo of Izz ad-Din Haddad, believed to be the head of Hamas' military wing in the Gaza Strip. Haddad, previously documented in interviews and other occasions, appears to have dyed his hair black and removed a significant portion of his beard. The photo was found inside a tunnel beneath the European Hospital in Khan Younis, southern Gaza Strip. Adraee stated that "the dramatic change in his appearance, as seen in the image, indicates only one thing: deep fear and a desire to disguise his identity and hide."
