Goldknopf: 'The state will not rest, Torah students cannot be harmed'

|
United Torah Judaism chairman Knesset lawmaker Yitzhak Goldknopf addressed the possibility that the IDF will arrest yeshiva students in an interview with Kikar HaShabbat, saying that "this is a decree that no one can implement." According to him, "The state will not rest and will not be quiet, if they want to shake up the country - let them do it. It is impossible to harm yeshiva students, it is impossible to harm Torah learners, it is impossible to harm yeshivas and it is impossible to carry out arrests."
