A magnitude 6.5 earthquake was felt in Thailand. This was reported by the German Research Centre for Geosciences (GFZ), following a magnitude 6.8 quake that struck the island of Borneo in Southeast Asia, which is divided between Indonesia, Malaysia and Brunei.
