A Turkish court has ruled that Abuderham Tutdera, the mayor of Adiyaman located in the south of the country, will remain under house arrest during his trial. On Saturday, Turkish authorities arrested three mayors in the country who are affiliated with the Turkish opposition. Local media reported at the time that the arrests were carried out "as part of an investigation into suspicions related to organized crime."
