The Houthis in Yemen threatened that "our finger is on the trigger" and said they would join the war if "any other alliance joins America and Israel against Iran and the resistance, if the Red Sea is used to carry out hostile operations against Iran and any Muslim country, if the escalation against Iran and the axis continues, and if any step is taken aimed at tightening the siege on the Yemeni people." The Houthis further declared that "our operations are directed against the Israeli and American enemy to thwart the Zionist plan, and are not directed against any Muslim people."
