Two teenagers riding scooter hit by car in Ma'ale Adumim, one seriously injured

A 16-year-old electric scooter rider was seriously injured after being hit by a car on HaMarva Street in Ma'ale Adumim. Another 16-year-old rider who was with him sustained minor injuries. MDA paramedics evacuated them to Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital in Jerusalem.
