It was further reported that "minutes after the shooting, the brigade sniper who was operating near the location jumped to the point and shot at the terrorist. As a result of the shooting, the terrorist was wounded and fled. Security forces will act to bring every terrorist to justice and close the circle on anyone who tries to harm Israeli citizens and IDF forces."
